Designing for Peace: Logojoy Launches Campaign to Provide Free Logo Making Services to Anti-discrimination Organizations and Charities

AI-powered Start-up spreading a message of peace through complimentary creation

TORONTO – In the wake of the horrific incidents that occurred in Charlottesville, Virginia last week, Canadian technology start-up, Logojoy, is spreading their message of peace and unity through their new ‘Building a Joyful World’ campaign – an initiative where Logojoy will be offering complimentary logo design services and additional free design support to anti-discrimination organizations and charities around the world. Launching on August 18, 2017, Logojoy hopes to help various global peace groups get their messages across through a strong, visual manner.

“This campaign was born after a leader of an anti-hate campaign purchased a logo on our platform,” says Dawson Whitfield, co-founder and CEO of Logojoy. “We refunded them instantly and offered more design support to them, so they could use their money to go further with their movement instead. From that point, we realized there are probably many other people looking to set up these grassroots campaigns and we would be able to proactively help with their logos.”

The ’Building a Joyful World’ campaign provides Logojoy an outlet to give back during this time of crisis and provide all anti-discrimination groups, large and small, with something useful that could enable their efforts. Logojoy is allowing them to purely focus on the amazing advocacy work they are doing, instead of taking hours and financial resources away to create a visual for their movements.

All anti-discrimination organizations and charities who choose to partner with Logojoy on their initiative will receive a complimentary enterprise package. This package includes full logo creation on Logojoy’s online portal, one hour of direct designer support, the logo available in various forms, full copyright ownership, brand guidelines, lifetime customer support, and more.
